Residential Care Communities provide accommodation, board, personal assistance and other essential daily living activities for a period exceeding 24 consecutive hours. Individuals living in a Residential Care Community may have difficulty caring for themselves because of chronic diagnosis or illness, but do not require the services of a registered or licensed practical nurse, except for emergencies. Corridor Crossing Place provides assistance with Activities of Daily Living such as personal hygiene, dressing, ambulating and medication management. Some residents my find they do not require any assistance, others may request that certain assistance with activities of daily living be added to their Individualized Service Plan. Our unique program gives you choice in care, with a predictable, flat-rate rental. Prior to move-in, our Health Care Coordinator will complete an assessment with each resident to identify what services are needed. This will allow us to create an Individualized Service Plan.

You are welcome to bring your own furnishings to make yourself at home however, our apartments are set up with everything needed to feel comfortable; twin bed, dresser, nightstand and chair.

Yes, Corridor Crossing Place is a pet friendly community. All we need are current vaccination records and medical notes from your veterinarian to make sure your furry friend is approved for admission.

Yes, your rent is based on the apartment size you choose to move in to. All physical care needs, housekeeping, laundry, medication management and meals plus many more amenities are included in your monthly rent.

People move to our community when they no longer want to worry about the day-to-day stress of managing their home, or, when their medical condition requires more care and assistance than they can meet in their home. Once they move in they find the friendships, food, health care and social opportunity are all wonderful benefits of living in a Residential Care Community.

Our professional health care team conducts an extensive assessment including an in person visit, conversations with primary care providers and additional resources offered by the individual inquiring about our community. We offer a “Try Before You Buy” option which allows all parties involved to make sure Corridor Crossing Place is a good fit for everyone involved.

Simply fill out the Apartment Reservation form and deposit fee of $200. It’s that simple!
